Parcelforce

Poor customer service!

Phoned them up for a quotation on global courier service on their 0845 number from a mobile phone, which is chargeable, since I cannot get a quote from their non-user friendly website. The woman I spoke to was very rude, incompetent and accused me calling her a liar. She repeatedly told me to use their website, despite I told her their website is not giving me a quotation. So what is the point of having their customer service hotline number if they stress to use their website instead! Finally, the very rude woman hanged up on my chargeable call. I will not use Parcelforce ever again in the future and will advise friends and family to avoid their poor customer service.

Discontinued 'Car Docking Mode' on S3 Jelly Bean

I bought an iBolt car dock for my S3 which has functioned fine with ICS Car Docking Mode for International S3. With the International JB update for S3, Samsung no longer supports the 'Car Docking Mode' with exception for their North American handsets. I find this an appalling decision as for myself and many other International S3 owners now need to pay extra to exchange the current iBolt dock to one which is compatible with the Jelly Bean update. Well done on upsetting your customers Samsung!

DPD UK

DPD are thieves

Vodafone used DPD to deliver an upgrade handset to me, but it somehow got 'lost' within their Birmingham depot. It took DPD 6 working days to admit liability to 'losing' my handset within their depot. Obviously someone at their depot put it in their pockets. Avoid them at all costs!
