Well impressed!!
Ordered flowers yesterday before reading the reviews!!!!! And oh my goodness was I worried then!!
Sending my boyfriends mum some flowers as a apology and just thinking the worst i.e dead flowers.. Not arriving etc..
Well was kept well informed of the progress of my order I paid extra for delivery before noon and in the morning got a text saying they would be delivered between 9:56-10:56..... Woke my boyfriend up so he wouldn't miss them arriving and after he text at 10:35 saying they still weren't there I was panicking..
But no need at 11:00 I had a photo of the flowers come through on my phone they were on time and are absolutely beautiful!!

On time brilliant!!
Well after reading sooo many reviews I was slightly concerned. Yesterday I ordered next day delivery from new look, after a bit of hard work getting the tracking up (new look use a number starting MC so can't put into normal dpd tracker, but eventually got there) saw my order was out for delivery, time between 9:56-10:56. Checked again in half hour and it was brought forward an hour which was great as I have things to be getting on with. So with a new time 8:56-9:56 sat watching tv the fore bell goes at 9:02 and there's a happy delivery man in the rain with my parcel!! Brilliant!!
Now I also ordered some flowers yesterday from serenata to go to my boyfriends mum, asking for delivery before noon, these are still at depot but I'm hoping after my first good experience my next will be 5stars as well!!
Well I must say second delivery of the day and within the hour timescale again!! Brilliant service can't fault and the flowers are gorgeous too!!
