Well i can safely say i wont be buying from these guys again!
I was hunting for a specific item that my trusted 'I want one of those' didnt have in stock.. i needed the gifts within two days due to travelling 150 miles to drop them off to friends and family.
Gadget Grotto HAD exactly what i wanted and everything was IN STOCK.. so i ordered the lot from there and paid the £6 for express delivery.
On checking the order the next day i could see it had not yet been dispatched. So i called (after hunting for the number because they dont show this on their site, just their parent site) and was put through to 'customer services' - this was an answering machine.
I left a message and never got called back.
I also emailed using their web form, true to what their web form said i did get a response within the allotted 2 days. (already too late for me to receive my goods and take them down south)
I was told i had chosen an item out of stock and therefore they held my order back until it was in stock - if this is the case they need to update their website to actually show stock levels! They said I would receive my goods by the end of the week.
By Friday i did receive my goods, and i had to re-pay for express delivery to have the goods sent down south.
Thanks Gadget Grotto - all in all you cost me more money and also some embarrasement.
These Guys know their tech! Have gone above and beyond to help me out on numerous occasions.
Delivery is speedy and pricing is excellent.
