Too cold, then too hot... then no internet

On the plus side, the reception staff are friendly and very helpful - particularly Marcio who is an absolute star. On the minus side, we froze in our office for most of the summer because the air conditioning was too high - 17 degrees C. We literally had to wear our coats in the office in July and August. After much complaining, it was eventually adjusted, but was still a little cold - around 20 degrees. Until this week... someone turned on the radiators because they thought winter had arrived. The temperature soared to 26 degrees. We couldn't open the windows or turn the radiator down so we kept the door open and got the temperature down to 24. We complained but no response for 3 days. No one even came to say sorry. Eventually I sent an email to Marcio who managed to get someone to turn the radiators off. So now it is 22 degrees, which is fine. But this week we've been having problems with the internet connection. Some days it is very slow, other days it disappears altogether. This morning someone cut off the internet altogether. I am writing this from Starbucks on London Wall. All my staff are here because it is the only place where we can get a connection. At least it has free wifi and the temperature is about right! We are paying premium rates to be in NBSH but I struggle to see why. We do not get a premium service. It can't be difficult to get the temperature and internet connection right. We have already started looking for new offices. We'd be mad to stay.
