Ordered a mens mountain bike,ballbearings fell out of the free wheel within a quarter of a mile of its first cycle,spent a fortune on phonecalls to customer service who sent me a new freewheel.After researching on the internet how it was to be installed i realised i needed specialist tools.numerous emails and phonecalls later they eventually agreed to take the bike back(id been happy if they covered the cost for a local bike mechanic to fix the problem).I was told the courier was here yesterday and left a card, despite me taking the day of work and no sign of any couriers card. This company has no respect for its customers and i get the impression if you buy somthing from them which is broke then tough. Awful company which i strongly recommend avoiding, i could have 2 mountain bikes bought for what its cost me sorting this mess out
