I ordered a bed from their website divanbedsworld on Tuesday which was advertised as in stock and available for next day delivery. Since then I have been on the receiving end of one of the worst customer experiences. I was firstly not informed that my delivery was not happening on Wednesday, apparently due to damaged goods. Then I was told delivery couldn't be made until Friday but not until Thursday afternoon!! And now I have been told that the bed is out of stock, at 12pm on Friday! I have had to take 3 days off work out of ny holiday entitlement! company is a disgrace. I have asked for a refund and I hope they do that right. It doesn't appear that I am the only one with bad experiences with the company. If you can't do next day delivery don't advertise that you can!! and don't lie about things being in stock while you collect peoples money and then buy more stock
