Ordered 2 items that were in stock. Paid immediately. Expected delivery next day but received phone call at the end of the following day to say that one of the items was damaged and they weren't happy to send out. I was told that a replacement would take 3 days so I agreed to wait. The following week I received an email stating that it would now be 3 weeks before stock would become available. I changed the order to a different colour asking if this would be in stock sooner. I was told that they were and they'd send it out. I received the delievery only to find they were the incorrect type and not suitable. I again called and was told that replacements could be obtained in... you guessed it 3 days. I later got an email to say that stock would not be available for a month! I have since cancelled the order totally and have now got to arrange to send back the incorrect items and wait for the refund. It seems that if items are in stock then the ordering process is simple but if not, beware, it may be quite frustrating.
