I haven't received my delivery, so contacted retail who supposed to send me my order.
After one week I received a letter from My Hermes that they deliverd my order through my door letterbox. But its not true.
In the letter has been said that if in case I haven't received my parcel I can send letter back for free BUT what a surprise there is no other paid envelope attached.
I don't want to spend my money again on buying stamps, so I tried to call them and what a surprise there is nowhere to call.
I called to customer services, main reception, customer services manager and NO ONE COULD help me. Some people said I'm calling to wrong number and didn't know any information where should apply to (in the main reception of Hermes Head office), others said, others just couldn't answer to any of my questions.
This is not first time when I'm having problems with this company.
First time they sent my parcel to different address with different postcode (luckily a man brought me my parcel), another time I met angry guy who was putting my parcel in big rubbish bin outside my home, saying that he is fed up coming there third time!!(that's not my problem, I'm working during the day).
From now on before to buy something online I will make sure that retailer doesn't have services provided Hermes Parcelnet
