Ordered items, one missing from order, complained and said I was going away the followin day - what should I do? 3 days later told I had to photograph packaging to get a refund - which of course I could not do as I had gone away. Terrible service.


Really pleased

Had problems with updated with samsung blu ray player, rang their tech support and they had me updated in about 15 minutes. Really helpful and didnt feel like a big company, far more personal.


Just the most appalling service to start but they worked hard to correct.

So at 2.50pm on the Thursday I called to place an order. I needed to purchase
Trespass Dodo Boots but they HAD to be size 45. I had already tried a
size 10/44 and found them too small. I explained this on the phone and
the girl said there had been a problem and referred me to their website
which clearly said size 45/10. I asked to order these for next day
delivery she said this was not possible as it was after 1pm. I quoted
the website as saying next day was available if ordered before 4pm, she said
I would have to order via the website as she was unable to do this but
warned me they would probably not arrive. I asked for a supervisor and
she said someone would call back within the hour - they called back at 5.30pm!
The boots arrived on Friday at 1pm but they were a 10 44 NOT a 10 45 as quoted on both their website and their advisors assurance.I rung to complain, they said someone would look urgently for the correct size. I didnt hear back so rang again, I was told they were still looking. I managed to find an email address for Mr Brookes and emailled complaining and asking for help, in fairness he wrote back very quickly and apologising, agreeing the service was unacceptable. His assistant Kirsty then scoured the warehouse and has told me there are in the post guaranteed next day delivery. Terrible to start but they pulled out the stops to correct it.


Awful - AVOID

Order a pair of boots on Monday, arrived Thursday. Boots dont fit, I ordered size 10 and got a 44 - found out european standards show this is a 9.5 Called to complain they said its a common problem and the boots often come up small anyway so I should have ordered an 11?! I asked why they did advertise them as 10 when they dont fit a 10? Dont know... was the response. Nothing else done to help, left in limbo for a holiday in 36 hours without the boots I wanted - thanks for nothing, useless.



Purchased item on 28th December and paid extra for next day delivery. No goods, received offensive emails, thankfully paid for item by paypal and got refund but it took 3 weeks. Avoid this company like the plague, they claim to be a "BIG" office operation but looking at the address on google earth its just a terraced house in Scotland.

Disgusting Service

Order an SD card and paid just under £9 for next day service. No card 2 days later, rung company and they said their warehouse "forgot" to pick any order for 2 days and that my call had prompted them to realise.. Woeful experience and I note that every review on the site relating to the compant is very poor.
