Just very, very efficient...
I've ordered a number of items from GAK recently and as promised they had all arrived the very next day. What I like, particularly, is that items that are not in stock are listed as "please phone" and this is unlike many online music stores who list everything as "in stock" and if you order something you may have to wait weeks before they can get it to you as they have not got it in stock in the first place.

I ordered a Nord Drum from these guys. Within two hours of ordering i had received a text message to tell me that it had been dispatched and the exact time that it would arrive the next day - 10 am, and it arrived at 10 am. No waiting in all day for a delivery and not knowing if it'll come or not. Great service.

A small order, but very quickly dealt with..!
I needed a set of Dunlop bass strings & i needed them quickly. My order was placed online at 9.15 on the monday morning & the strings arrived the following morning . It can't really get any quicker than that.
