I ordered my new bed from Dreams and was given the delivery date of 29th of September...which is tomorrow while I write this...I got a voicemail left yesterday...two days before my delivery date...to tell me that not only am I not getting my new bed tomorrow! the bed won't be in until 26th November! When I phoned the 'customer service' team (and I use this term very loosely) all I achieved was an expensive phone call and being put in an even more foul mood! 10% is all I was offered as compensation and no-one could give me an actual new delivery date!!! Is this actually the way people run companies these days! If you're reading this and still thinking of using Dreams please believe me when I say I am normally a very fair person when reviewing but I would not recommend this company. The deals may look good but what's the point in saving money if you have nothing to show for it!!!
