Missguided: firstly you lack the competence to copy and paste the delivery address provided to the delivery company, leaving me with the job of rectifying it to ensure I get my parcel. THEN it arrives and despite the delivery note listing the correct item, the contents of the bag leaves me wondering if your staff consist of Geordie Shore rejects that aren't intelligent enough to get on the show. Oh but im told they are sorry and if I return it today (for which I must pay the post office for the pleasure of being royally messed around) the correct item will be sent out for next day delivery. I shall leave work at once then! I was told i would be contacted about this fiasco but after waiting all day i decided to call them myself and when i got through (and spoke to a person whom I can only describe as possessing the wits and customer service skills of a coma patient) i was told simply that they were sorry and to post back the item (which is not free so i would now have paid double the postage for the WRONG item) I refused and was then offered to be sent a free return label straight away and after i emailed them proof of return they would send out the correct dress next day delivery; i am still waiting for the address label to be sent to me. Thank you Missguided for a truly remarkable experience.
