Delivery service was good.
But mouse button on the computer didn't work and second time I booted it up got a Media error. And constantly from then on.
Fortunately my needs for the PC are very limited so I'll live with it.
So overall their quality control lets them down. I'd think carefully about how many times I want to return a unit before buying.
Delivery is quick - if something is out of stock they always ask how you want to proceed.
I had one issue with a payment and they sorted it out within 5 mins. Brilliant.

Inevitably when you sell hundreds of laptops every year there will be a small percentage which have a problem which has been missed during the extensive tests. In these circumstances we think it is unfair that a customer has to pay to return the product or have to wait long to get the problem resolved so we send a replacement laptop free of charge as soon as possible.
We are trying to get in contact with Andrew now to try to resolve his issue quickly for him. We don't want customers to "live with it".
