Very poor customer service!

On arrival in Mexico we were met by the suncar chosen company. He had no idea about what insurance we had or cost of hire and demanded the remainder in cash plus a local tax, not credit card like we thought. We were given a car that had to be bump started! they assured us someone had left the aircon on and it would be ok. It wasn't and wouldn't start, luckily at the hotel. They gave us a new car but didn't refund the full tank of petrol we had put in the last one. They claimed we would be paid at the airport. At the airport the company were late to pick up the car which meant we nearly missed checkin! also no sign of refund for petrol. On arrival back home I emailed suncar who simply emailed me back some small print about having nothing to do with it! thanks suncar, maybe a few more reviews like these will put you in your place!!
