Very good service - no problems at all
I've had a number of parcels delivered by Hermes and have never had any problems. Parcels always arrive in the given timescale (3/5 days). I commiserate with those who have had a less than acceptable service but the courier(s) serving North Wales I have found to be reliable

Excellent service and completely hassle free
Good price - very competitive and actually cheaper than most. Easy to order. Quick delivery - within 2 working days. Did what they said they would when then said they'd do it.
From my perspective they have been reliable and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to use them again
