I ordered an item through Amazon, waited patiently until the dispatch date had passed then called to inquire. They said apologies, city link have just dispatched the item and should be with you by the weekend, they gave me a tracking number which didn't work but I decided that maybe they just hadn't updated their records yet. So I wait and wait and wait until finally 2 weeks after my original order I decide to ring again to see what is going on, then I'm told that City-Link have lost my package and never even bothered to let anyone know about it.So now I have to wait another week at least so I can then re-order the item that they lost. Shoddy, unprofessional and completely ruined my week. Please don't use them!
