worst customer service and there return policy is not fair. I order a dress and on my confirmation documents shows the apartment number was not there for delivery. The carrier left the package at the office but no notice they tried delivering since missesdressy didnt put the apartment number. By the time I notice the package was at the office it was more than the 3 days policy. The dress is too big and I want to exchange it, I dont mind a credit but even that it was there fault for not providing my full address to the carrier they dont want to give me a credit. They only think about them self not there customers. Theres so many dress company that are way bugger because there customer service. Dont order from them I do not recommended. Also I paid for 2 days service and received it 3 weeks after. Dont believe it when they said is 2 days.
