annoyed at being overbilled

overbilled for printing by citypoint on 24th sept
overbilled for an office at lombard
overbilled for business world membership, ie attempts to take payment now for beyond October and being sent emails saying I've therefore incurred late payment charges.

considering returning to retail packs so my card can be removed and therefore not overbilled.
