A friend had ordered a gorgeous bookcase/mobile library and had great money off deals that made it half price with free delivery & a free bag. So I placed an order for one too. It was in stock online and I received an email saying my order had been processed. This was over 3 months ago. Nothing arrived and I heard nothing so I contacted them and was told they were awaiting stock. I wouldn't have known there was a problem with my order if I hadn't contacted them. Weeks passed and I heard nothing more so contacted them again. They said they couldn't give me an expected date. More waiting. I checked the website and a similar item had come in stock so I asked for this to be sent instead. I was given an expected date of 11th October for this.
Then last week I checked my account and the original order had been cancelled but no reorder was showing so I contacted them again. I received an email telling me that my original ordered item was out of stock and had been cancelled (only took 3 months!) and that the free bag was being sent to me. If I wanted to order something else I needed to make a separate order online!! I presume this would also mean I would lose my original discount. I have since sent two further emails, the bag arrived(!) and I have heard nothing else.
I am FUMING!!! I have never even received a real apology and all emails from them sound like they have been sent by a robot! They send out amazing money off offers to entice customers but can not fulfil their orders or communicate with their customers. I would not touch them again and would urge everyone to shop elsewhere!!
