Excellent service from start to finish- and beyond!
I didn't choose DPD, they were chosen by the company from whom I bought an item for home delivery. The DPD tracking service online is the best I have seen in terms of clarity of information and ease of access. The day before my delivery, I had a text to confirm the parcel would be delivered next day. On the morning of delivery, another text to tell me a 1-hour slot for the delivery and even the name of the person who would be delivering it - which could be a useful feature for more vulnerable people I guess. Sure enough, the item arrived within the time slot and I even got another text a little while later to confirm delivery had been made - again, something which could be very handy if I'd asked a neighbour to accept the parcel for example.
I was pleasantly surprised, DPD, thank you!

Best price, best customer service by a long long way
The blackcircles website is easy to use. There is a selection of garages to choose from as your fitting location. I chose a premier garage (no extra charge) Bowers Threeways in Wincham, Northwich and the service was as exceptional this time as it was the last time I used them a few months ago. I would go so far as to say they are redefining customer service in garages - in a very good way.
