Item arrived promptly and the service was generally swift. However, the laptop's touch-pad was not properly fixed and made an unpleasant noise when used. Furthermore, it quickly became unresponsive, after barely an hour of use, with the right-click feature completely unusable, so I had to send the product back. Item was collected when agreed, so I cannot fault the collection service; however, such an obvious quality issue could have been detected before the item was sold. If the problem is fixed and no other issues arise, I'll be happy to give 3 or 4 stars, but so far I am disappointed, as I have to wait a further 10 days for an item I need with a certain urgency.
