The ordering process, prompt delivery, quality of packaging, value for money and the end product were first class and I would not hesitate to recommend this supplier to anyone. One small change that could result in a further small price reduction would be to give the buyer a choice of fitting options (i.e. to fit to the window frame or the top of the recess) which would reduce the need for excess brackets and screws thus reduce manufacturing costs - a saving that could then be passed on to customers.
