After ordering quite an expensive item from an online reatailer tha I have used for many years I spoke to them yesterday & was advised my item would be leaving & should receive it today.
After looking on Yodel website last night it showed the item in transit & then thismorning I'm unable to track it at all, what's going on Yodel!!!!!, where is my parcel
After visiting my local store(wimbledon) yesterday & wanting to exchange my blackberry 9320 for an HTC Desire that I saw online at this store i went in there to first of all be told they could not find the item that I saw online & then when they did find one & after testing my blackberry and wipeing it of all its video's messages, emails ect they then said the the HTC they had found was going to to be the price they original gave me but £85.00 more because it was the HD model but could have told me all of this if one of there so called technical had taken the time to check this before wiping my blackberry, so anyway by this time we had already exchanged our blackberry for store credit & had to have a arguement with them to have this phone returned to us because the item they said that was in stock online was not there, so emailed them thorugh there facebook page after getting home to be told they have one fo these items in another store and would call us today to let us know that it has arrived into stock at my local store for us to then go down again and exchange, to this time no phone call or messages have been received from there to say this item has arrived into there store, the moral of this story is , if you see something online and go into store to exchange an item for it make sure they show you the item before you let them get their hands on your item.
