A bit of a mixed experience: renewing the policy after a year looked easy, but the price quoted in the 'Valid for 30 days' quote wasn't what came up on the website when I followed the link. It would have been easy either to give in and pay the extra - not easy to find insurance for a 1-year-old laptop, after all - but I emailed the company instead. Very prompt response, and the problem was sorted out. Not a problem, then - mistakes happen ... but it left me wondering how many other people had the same experience and didn't question it?
