Good communication, packaging could have been better
I ordered my bird box spy cam as a Christmas present for my dad and unfortunately SpyCameraCCTV were having difficultly with their supply chain. They emailed me promoptly to warn me which I very much appreciated. My delivery still arrived in very good time regardless of the delays they warned me about.
The delivery service was very thorough - I received a text message with a delivery slot which could be altered if not suitable.
My only critisism is the minimal packaging. My order was only wrapped in a sealed plastic envelope which has meant that some of the boxes inside the package are a little crushed - no damage, just tatty looking boxes. Also, the free bird box had shed saw dust / something dusty over the other items in the package, so it all needed a good clean before wrapping up for Christmas.
Overall I'm pretty satisfied with the service and can't wait to see my dad's face when he opens it on Christmas day!

Thanks for the review, the free bird box promotion is a new one for us, so its a new issue with regards to the sawdust from the bird box getting onto the box for the camera. I'm glad you have brought it up though, as of 9 am this morning we will be dispatching the Bird Boxes in separate packaging so the problem should now be resolved for future orders. I'm sorry we didn't spot it sooner.
