New look was always my first choice, prices were cheap and it was a great shop for a girl who wanted to look great yet simple. But now it's expensive, repetitive, bad customer service and there is never free delivery its always spend so much to get it free. I haven't brought from them for ages and there website always messes up (they have made it to complicated) I use to love popping onto there simple website to have a look around and now I don't bother. I went into one of the shops in exeter this year and brought a belt I showed her my student card and she didn't put it through. When I mentioned this she was really rude to me and made me feel guilty for her mistake. I also went into the other newlook shop in Exeter (there's two) and pick up shoes which weren't price marks but were under the section of £19 when I went to pay they came up as £30, I was embarrassed as I couldn't pay that and I was aggravated at how miss leading this was.

I love them, I have only brought from them once. Both me and my sister did it as one order and split the cost. The sizes are exact and my sisters demin shirt is lovely (although when she was undoing it to put it on a popper broke) but I've told her not to bother returning it as that's normally when the hassle starts like I had when I returned to Miss Guilded. My only fault would be that they need to have more of a range of clothing types I feel it's all the same. I would of brought my sisters denim shirt if they did it in adult sizes.
I have brought from there website 4 times altogether, my most recent buy was today so i still trust them not to mess up. However the 21st of may I ordered a Reeta Melange Zip Through Hoodie which was size 12 (like all my other hoodies I have brought from various shops in the past). When it arrived it was massive on me so I quickly returned it stating on there that it was too big and I wanted size 10 same colour exchanged not refunded. Didn't hear a thing for a week, started to worry so I decided to look at people reviews on there shopping experience finding people describing it as the worst shopping experience they had ever had, they hadn't had a refund or had contact from Miss Guilded in over three months. I worried and contact them through both Facebook and there website, a while after they replied through Facebook reassuring me everything would be fine and I would receive a full refund if they couldn't exchange it for me. It took a while for my refund to come through, I had already ordered a new hoodie just in case I never heard from them again. My only thing was that the money I received for the return was little compared to the price I had paid for the item and delivery. Would never return anything again in case i'm not so lucky next time but to buy from they are fine and are usually on time. My new hoodie is only 3 months old and has already started going bobble like on the arms, shame. I feel that people shouldn't review them so harshly not all items for mega cheap prices are gonna be what you want so research peoples reviews first about the website or buy something small and cheap to start with (:
