Despite the promising delivery system where you can theoretically check at what stage your delivery is. The all automated system does not allow for human error. When the driver did not deliver as arranged (or tried to deliver to wrong address) I was unable to speak to anyone to try to find out where my delivery was or to arrange redelivery until the end of the day. Telephone numbers only give recorded information. If you do not have a calling card number to quote then you can go no further - not easy if the driver hasn't posted a calling card or put it in the wrong house.
