Realible, pleasant, trustworthy

Can only comment on my local delivery driver for wembley (Gary) but my deliveries with DPD have always been easy. Much beter than the likes of yodel and royal mail who dont even knock on my door sometimes...just leave a note in my letter box downstairs...

Like buying something from a ghost...

Tried to buy some roof soakers from these guys on a next day delivery basis. After nearly 10 days waiting and being told by there customer services that the man who i needed to speak to was not available (ever) i claimed a refund back via paypal. Disgusting customer service.

Good customer service and some unique cases

Bought an ipad mini case from these guys over christmas, item was lost in post and i was desperate as it was a present. Customer service was excellent - very polite and efficient in solving the issue via a next day delivery replacement.

Case had mnor damage but company ignored emails

I was attracted to this company as they have some really unique pc cases and the quality of the case is pretty good. However the customer service is non existant. The case I ordered had some minor damage so i emailed them to enquire about a replacement. I didnt hear back from them for 3 days so I emailed again and still no response. Being tight for time on the build and the case being the last part I just had to accept the case would not be replaced. To this day (5 weeks later) i have not received a response from the company. I would not order a case from this company again as if something goes wrong I will have to go down the paypal route...

Pay by credit card only.....

I ordered a phone from this website which turned out not to be in stock. The seller states that if an item is not dispatched within 48 hrs a refund will be given. i have now waited a month and nothing has been dispatched. The seller refuses to refund me and AliExpress Customer services say theres nothing they can do. I suppose you can get lucky on this site with some deals, but the reviews are all made up, the customer service is non existant and it is very likely you will never receive your purchase. there is a reason you cannot pay with paypal on this site. I hope this review will save any others the grief I have gone through.

Very dissapointed...

I am sorry to say I am currently experiencing terrible service from this company. I ordered a number of their NSSW1 wall panels which arrived damaged round the edges and the rubber backing peeling off and damaged in several places. The manager [name removed] said I was 'trying it on'. Having spent in excess of £4000 on materials in the last week alone and only finding fault with his boards which were £300 ish this does not make a lot of sense. The product's were not fit for purpose - they blamed the courier company, but the adhesive used for product clearly wasn't doing its job which suggests either workmanship or materials? Lead time on products is over a week as well so slow delivery. Anyway this experience has cost me a lot of time and is still not sorted out... Please please save yourself a lot of hassle.

What is customer service...we dont know or care!

As a buyer you are told you get this amazing 'buyer protection'. Well you better read the small print sucker!!!! You see apparently this is only valid on thursday evenings between 9 and 10pm, oh yea, and during a lunar eclipse.....

To give you an example i bought an item which was faulty, returned it but got no refund from the seller. According to Paypal (and this is word for word) ' because the address the seller gave you isn't the same as the address on their Paypal account we can't help you'. Silly me huh! Thankfully I used my Barclaycard so I was able to chargeback Paypal. I felt a bit bad going behind their back an all but they did waste 2 weeks of my time just to tell me how their super dooper buyer protection didnt apply to me. Ok back to serious talk below.

If you are reading this and do not enjoy stress I suggest you do not use Paypal. In reality Paypal did stress me out for 2 weeks and were actually rude and abrupt on the phone. If you use Ebay to buy things then try Amazon instead - their customer service is truly excellent - even though you might pay 5% more for an item you'll thank yourself if something goes wrong. No arguing with paypal's laughable 'customer service' team. I could have lost over £300...don't let yourself get caught out by these rogues!

Awful company

As others mention you get spam emails from this company, spam emails from their sister companies. Trying to ammend an order is impossible, poor website, save yourself hassle and go to a reputable company. It seems recently standards have fallen here.

Mostly good

I have used amazon for the last 6 years and have had only onr major problem which was eventually sorted. However they are now using yodel to deliver their goods which is not a good omen for the future.......yodel are masters of deception and incompetence with a pinch of ignorance. For an online retailer who being online fullfill their deliveries via post, it is very strange for a company like amazon who have exellent cs to stake their reputation on a company that thinks customer service is to yhrow your parcel on the floor, not even attempt delivery etc etc. Amazon, a bastion of good customer service will start to look more like a block of social housing.

Good quality products. Terrible packaging

The true whey is an excellent product, high in quality proteins and best tasting protein i have tried. The packaging it comes in however is a joke and seems to break ever time. Basically the seal is stronger than the glue holding it to the plastic so it tears off. They really dhould offer the option on a tub for an extra few quid. Great profuct though.
