I ordered some urgent items through Amazon and selected "guaranteed" next day delivery. There were staff at our premises in Folkestone until 9pm that evening, and they made no attempt to deliver. Tracking stated they tried after 6pm and left a card. This is complete fabrication and show a clear lack of integrity from the driver. You can never get through to speak to anyone at City-Link so don’t even bother. Then, the only option for us for re-delivery is some 4 days after it was supposed to be “guaranteed”. I would never use City-Link if I had a choice. Drivers, if you cannot be bothered, find another job, you are letting the company down.
I ordered over £500 worth of printer toner which was supposed to be delivered through DPD. The goods didn't turn up. Contacted the company we purchased the goods from who informed us that DPD had delivered. They contacted DPD who spoke to the driver who admitted he had delivered to the wrong address. Not only, was it on the wrong business park, it was to a completely random numbered unit which didn’t match ours. I ended up having to drive to the other address and get the package back which had been opened! Not happy!

This sounds very strange, I wonder if the parcel was not labelled correctly? Could you please message us at socialmedia@dpd.co.uk with your parcel reference number and a contact phone number so we can look into this and find out why it happened so we can take steps towards it not happening again?
