I LOST A 27 HOURS WEEKLY CONTRACT BECAUSE OF THE RECEPTIONIST SAID TO THE CLIENT THAT HE WAS IN A MEETING AND HE SHOULD PHONE BACK IN A RUDE WAY. WHEN I WAS INFORMED I CALLED THE RECEPTIONIST AND NO-ONE OWNED UP TO RECEIVING THE PHONE CALL.
IN ADDITION MY RENT IS ALWAYS MISS CALCULATED AND IT IS DISTURBING MY TIME IF I NEED TO DEAL WITH THIS ALWAYS. YET TO BE RESOLVED.
NEW MANAGER SEALED MY OFFICE UP WITHOUT PROPER INVESTIGATION ON THE £70 I HAD ALREADY PAID.
