The pack to put my glasses in turned up next day. which surprised me. I had read reviews previously so had no worries about sending off my expensive glasses to Reglazemyglasses. The day after I sent my glasses, I had a call from Carley to ask exactly what I wanted and confirmed prices. No hard sell, I wasn't pressured into spending more money. When my glasses arrived back to me there was a little surprise in box which I thought was a nice little gesture. When I opened the box my old lenses fell out, I did start to worry and then realised they were my old lenses. It was nice to have these back. I am delighted with the service and will definitely recommend and use in the future. It is so straight forward, I don't believe it would be with other companies.
This company is a complete waste of time. My order eventually arrived after no news, no updates that it was on its way.
I opened the packaging and the table was not as pictured. Complete case of false advertising. I called customer service to come and collect it for a full refund. The woman was rude! She was not very professional at all, couldn't care less about what I wanted.
I hope they mess with the wrong customer and the site gets shut down!
Utter waste of everyone's time
Whenever I have purchased anything from boohoo, I have mostly had to return part or all of the order. On one occasion I was actually sent someone else's order altogether. My recent return really disappointed me, as I was charged a £2 re-stocking fee. I queried this, and I still cannot understand why Ireland and the rest of the world is not charged this fee. It doesn't make any difference what country your from, the item still needs restocking!?
Anyway, I won't be buying from you again as it will cause me nothing but problems anyway. The clothes are cheap because they are cheaply made, and the service is awful.
