The laptop I ordered for my daughter arrived on time and in good condition. In fact, the free delivery which I was expecting to arrive within five working days arrived within two. I was kept well informed by email and text of the progress of the order, and was also given an hour's notice of the delivery time which meant I could plan my day without being tied to the house for hours on end. Overall, an excellent service!
