Hermes is worse than useless

Hermes is by far the worst courier service known to man. I ordered next day delivery from Cocosa who sent the delivery to Hermes for me to receive the following day. Aboslute nightmare I'm still waiting for the packkage that was supposedly 'delivered'. Prior to that I ordered 2 items fro Cocosa which Hermes was suppose dto have delivered, guess what???? the items got lost in transit.
Cocosa, you shoud know better, really????? why spoill yur good name by using such an incompetent courier service which eventually turns people off using your website...smell the coffee and get rid of them before they get rid of your customers.
