It's so hard to buy things from made.com. I have a fantastic sofa from them, but I had to wait in for three weeks to get it. I have a brilliant lamp, but it took five months to get all the parts delivered. The card payment doesn't always work and it's really hard to contact anyone - the customer service is almost nonexistent. They don't take any responsibility for the delivery and have no interest in fixing it. So...if you have the time, the stuff is really fabulous, but it's a real trek to get there. You basically have to give up your job and stay in for a month, at least.
Seven weeks and over twenty emails to buy a single basket. I could have actually graduated from a basket weaving course in that time. I could probably have set up my own company and sold one to myself with less hassle. Nightmare.
I will never shop here again. They messed up my order and made it SO HARD to sort out I wasted hours and hours in fruitless endeavour. It would have been quicker to write and record my own album. Terrible customer service. Just AWFUL.

I love Ocado. The offers are great, they hardly ever substitute, and when they do it's always something you actually want. It works out cheaper than Tesco because of this. They are on time and nice to you, and carry the shopping into the kitchen and take the bags away and stock Waitrose. It's everything I want from a supermarket, and the website is the best of all of them.
