Terrible Customer service and delivery

Bought Diesel jeans and paid for next day delivery between 7am-12.00 no delivery called to get some answers and was told they are running late now 6pm and still no delivery and have just told them i am not going to wait any longer and cancelled the order. A complete waste of a day.

If i was you i would check out a company with good reviews. I wish i had!

Nice people but poor service

I ordered a Tacx Fortius VR Trainer and was told it would be sent on a 24hr delivery. When 3 days had passed i phoned them to ask what had happened and was told they had forgotton to give it to the Royal Mail driver, yup 3 days in a row, once is understandable 3 times is poor service. This is the 3rd order i have given them and all have had trouble one way or another.
The staff are friendly but seem to be let down by the shipping staff.
I wont beordering again.

Very Poor Customer Service

I have ordered a few products from Wiggle and had some issues with part orders turning up which i found a bit odd, but the most annoying thing for me is that i ordered a pair off Bib's for my girlfriend and myself which to be fair were a good price, well that is if i had them. I then looked for a phone number to call but no they dont do phone numbers, silly me, what was i thinking! a customer service line. This is where companies like Wiggle fail as when you read the reply times its "8 hours". I have now been told to wait 10 days before they consider the non delivery with Royal Mail. I told them i bought the product from Wiggle not the Royal Mail. Sorry Wiggle i have now bought another 2 pairs from a dealer who was very nice and helpful on "guess what" A TELEPHONE.
