Really like the company and the coffee but the 'Nespresso-compatible' pods were pretty useless. They didn't work well in my machine at all. I asked for help via their Facebook page and they couldn't really offer much support except advice that it might just be a duff batch. So having bought 10 boxes of pods I kept trying in the hope that there'd be a good batch. Eventually I decided to return the remaining pods but realised too late that I'd missed the 28 days deadline. They were still happy for me to return the pods but I would have to pay postage myself and with the new Royal Mail rates I'd just probably end up paying more to return them so haven't bothered. Not happy and I certainly won't be ordering from them again. Nespresso Club here I come.
I found FoneBank really easy to use - simple to go through the process on the website and, once my phone was received, they paid swiftly straight into my bank account. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. In fact, my husband will be using them too when he upgrades his phone shortly.
