I have placed two orders with Pixmania recently and both have arrived as described and in good condition - no complaints there then - BUT, the delivery seems to be contracted to Belgium Post (?) whose tracking service is extremely misleading.
On the first order I took it to be a glitch when I checked and, despite having been at home for virtually all of the preceding 24 hours, it said there had been a failed delivery attempt and the item had been returned to the warehouse. The goods arrived some days later.
The second order was more urgent and I had paid extra for 2 - 3 day delivery - on day 3 I checked progress when I got up to find that there had apparently been a delivery attempt at 3:03 that morning - really???? Fortunately I didn't take that at its word and the goods arrived later that day delivered by Yodel whose driver confirmed that no such delivery attempt had been made. Had I assumed it to be correct I might well have gone out to work and missed my delivery.

I have been receiving a lot of concerned emails and reviews relating to the bpost
tracking which states for example
15-08-2012 03:15:00GBAttempt delivery failed - Item put physically in warehouse
When the parcel is handed over to YODEL, the tracking on the BPOST
sites states this, when in fact it should be that it has been
passed or delivered to the new Depot.
The new tracking for your parcel can be found under the original Bpost tracking under the heading of local barcode. You will then be able to start tracking the final delivery to your address using the following link to yodel site.

Should you have any questions regarding this tracking please do not hesitate to contact me directly on rachel@pixmania.com
