I've been with T-Mobile for over 5 years now; I have 3 contracts with them for my family.
T-Mobile has until last week always delivered on the goods and given value for money, but unfortunately it was not the case on this occasion.
I contacted T-Mobile to get my upgrade early due to the HTC I had was in need of some TLC, I agreed to pay early termination fee and selected their Monty Plan £27 p/m.
I went for the i-Phone 4s 16 gb so I could face time my daughter in America.
The phone was to arrive the very next day "Prompt Service" so I used 1 day’s holiday to wait in due to time 10 am - 2 pm delivery.
Then it all started to go pear shaped, I turned my phone on the next day at 9.30 to find a nice message saying the delivery was delayed? Ok I was off work now so not a great problem, but after 2pm I went to UKmail to find it was not getting delivered until the next day!!! Nice one T-Mobile.....Another holiday "Just a note that's £200 to me"
The next day the i-Phone arrived, it was 8gb!! I wasn't that bothered it was here, so now just put sim in and away we go!!!............ Don't think so........Again T-Mobile has sent Nano Sim.....Wrong T-Mobile.......Micro Sim needed here!!!
I contact T-Mobile and explained their errors and basically I was asked if I wanted it!
There was no “sorry we've made a few mistakes and made you take 2 days of work".
While I had time off work waiting for the wrong deliver I looked at available deals from 3rd party providers, I couldn't believe for the same price and deal I could have the i- Phone 5 16 gb, I explained this to customer services saying it would be some form of good will for their errors........... The answer was No
So the phone has been returned and I'm now waiting for my £90 refund for Phone and early termination fee to be refunded.
