Quick response and replacement on missing parts

When my body spray heads arrived there were a few missing pieces. So I sent a email informing Hudsonreed of the order problem. The next day I had a response asking to send pictures of the missing parts. With in two days my parts was on the way. Not only did they sent the missing parts they sent the whole body spray head.
