My first purchase went quite well. The brushes are great so I decided to order more. But then with my second purchase there seemed to be some technical problem with the sight so I didn't know whether my order had been processed even though payment had been received via PayPal. I called crown brushes several times but just got voicemail so I decided to email which I received a prompt response with an explanation so it put my mind at rest. So went well in the end so just looking forward to my second batch of brushes which should arrive any day now!
