After sales care is what defines a seller. Anyone can stock a product and put it in the post. I made a mistake and bought the wrong item.
Phoned up, explained the situation, they gave me an RMA number, i sent it back and the one i should have ordered was sent out (ish).
Normal car hire service. Get to airport and then my "excess wavered" is in fact not everything. Pay another €69 and you get everything covered. To me that's called a hidden cost.
Although it's on the website, paying the cost of a full tank of fuel i.e.. bring it back empty (rather than fill before returning) is a bit of a rip off as well.
