Delivery Let Down

This was my second time to order from Power Body. I paid for next day delivery, but the item didn't arrive until nearly a week later. Even then, it didn't arrive...I had to go to the post office to pick it up. I know it was much of an extra charge for delivery but still, I paid for it and it didn't happen.
