Next day delivery is a joke, since they manage to lose the package. Their online tracking system simply doesn't work. Nobody answers the phone (I've tried waiting on hold for up to 30 minutes with no joy). An epic failure of a delivery company. I will now no longer buy products from any company that uses Citylink for delivery.
My first order has been problematic due to Citylink's seeming inability to reliably deliver a package (they have taken it to the wrong depot on two successive days now apparently). Printerbase have been great though - they have been chasing up Citylink and keeping me informed and have now cancelled the original delivery and shipped out another printer for before noon delivery at their expense. I feel bad for Printerbase as it's not their fault that Citylink are incompetent, but Printerbase's customer service has been exemplary (unlike Citylink's where it seems that they can not even be bothered to answer the phone most of the time). I hope the Printerbase management cancel their arrangement with Citylink and switch to a more reliable courier.
