rude disgusting men who work in sales, will never use again !!!!!

Had to return a faulty item so i contacted Aria to arrange this, after a few minutes of talking to one of the sales team he started to become quite rude so i asked to speak to a manager, he refused to put me through and then told me to "piss off cos im boring him now".he then hung up...
I phoned straight back to report him and spoke to another man who called me a liar and again refused to put me through to a manager and hung up on me as well...after a further 3 more attempts to speak to a manger i was either to told "Oh you again, go away"...i am now taking this further, the men are disgusting and need reporting.....i will NEVER use them again......

The review suggests that we said the customer was boring but in fact this was misheard. The customer said they were recording us but our customer service rep said she did not have permission to do this and we will be terminating the phone call. The customer seems to think we told them that she was boring us. We are a sales organisation, we would never tell a customer this. She may have thought we said boring instead of recording.
