I ordered my items from ASOS on Saturday night and i got an email from ASOS on Sunday telling me it had been dispatched then I that it was being delivered by Hermes, my heart dropped and lost all excitement for receiving it as i knew i wouldn't get it on time.
I ordered previously from TOPMAN and i waiting over 3 weeks for my item to be delivered bearing in mind it was an order over £100, and all they did was refund my delivery costs.
The customer service from Hermes is also appalling as you cant talk to them about your delivery status even though it's them delivering it. They tell you to contact your Retailer, I'm sorry but if it was DPD, DHL or UPS i can talk to them and resolve the problem but with Hermes they won't accept any sort of responsibility.
Hermes lie's about your Order Status on the tracking system along side telling you useless information about courier delivery, My item says that My item from ASOS has been "Delivered to Letterbox" which isn't true.

I'm utterly appalled by there service and wouldn't give them the time of day and if I could have chose a different carrier I would of.
