Still without a phone or broadband
After 29!years with BT I thought I'd give Plusnet ago. Big mistake now on fourth day without a phone . The only response been its BT and BT blaming plusnet with no one taking ownership .. Shambolic want to cancel before staring

Can't rate customer service goods came as stated within a day or two well within expected time. Came in great condition good fit can't say more

Quick service great product
I've bought a couple of times of banana fingers always quick service and good products. No real experience of customer service but they did change my email quickly and sent a nice acknowledgment after id made a typo when first registering. Nice touch to get a real reply rather than automated. I'll definetly use again
