GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH
To be honest I have had up's and down's with your company like items arriving broken. Your website has been a nightmare to shop on as it has in the past been so slow that I have given up on many an occasion. Hope things will get even better. I also used to shop with Delani home shopping but they started doing awful things like blocking us from viewing our past shopping with them. I needed to purchase a second item but had to look up my past history and they had changed their website so we could not longer view anymore our own shopping history. I emailed them and they never replied. I also received an item of furniture from them that was utter and total rubbish and it was not cheap to buy. I reported that I wanted them to come and collect this item and give me a credit and they came back and said keep it and we will credit you the full amount. I am now waiting to see if I do get this credit as it has not happened as yet. I do not think this Company will last very long I have totally stopped even looking at their website.
