I wanted to buy a Jet 10-20 drum sander and G&S Specialist Timber were the ones that had the best price including shipping so I ordered from them. After a few days I get an email that they are unaccustomed to deliver abroad and they
wanted Additional £100 for delivery. When I decided to cancel the purchase it took a while to get my money back.
Before the purchase, I had asked a question using their "Contact Us" form, but I got no response.
They need to fix the following:
* Respond to questions sent to them ("Contact Us" form)
* Correct shipping charge for deliveries abroad
* Faster feedback
