I placed an order over the telephone with marisota and paid in full with my debit card, on completion of the order I was told that it had all gone through sucessfully, and the goods would be with me the very next day. I sat in all day waiting for them and when they did not arrive I telephoned them to find out what the problem was. They told me that the bank had refused my card, and provided me with the decline code. I got straight onto my bank who said they had indeed given this code to Marisota but it was an acceptance code and also the that the money had in fact been taken out of my account by Marisota. I then got onto them to be informed by Marisota that the goods were in fact NEVER available for sale and that my order should never have been taken, and also that they had not got my money and at one point even said that I was not getting either the goods or my money back. Between the bank and Marisota I am out of pocket to the tune of more than 71 pounds, and I cannot get it back from the bank as Marisota has it and Marisota are saying that that do not have it and will not even check into it, meanwhile all I kinow is I have not got it either and it looks like I may never get it back. So my advice to everyone is DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS RIP OFF COMPANY and if you do then be it on your own head.
