Excellent customer service, product and price.
I have recently travelled to France to spend the winter. I ordered a pair of shoes online as a gift with the Halloween 15% discount, as I wanted to get all Xmas presents before leaving (I needed to bring them out here with me) they were perfect but in the wrong size (my fault).. This became a problem as I was leaving in 6 days!! And the discount had now ended! I called them up to see if I could re-buy the shoes with the discount and send the others back. An exchange would take too long as I needed them at the time or I'd be gone before they'd arrived! They were super supportive and honoured me the discount as before, really easy transaction and I got the present before I left.. Lets just hope he likes them on Xmas day..!!
